At GONIÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Exchange & Return Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returning or exchanging products purchased from www.shopgonie.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
 - Returns are only eligible for damaged and wrong items delivered.
 - To be eligible, items must be unused intact with all the tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
 - Products that are damaged due to misuse, tampering, or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
 - Some products, such as personalized items or final sale items, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
 
2. Return and Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team via contactgonie@gmail.com or call 8851591306 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
 - Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
 - Returns or exchanges without prior approval may not be accepted.
 
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 15-20 business days.
 - Returns are only eligible for damaged and wrong items delivered.
 - Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
 - Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
 
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.
 - Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
 - Customers may need to pay the difference if the replacement product is of higher value.
 
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging.
 - GONIÉ will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to the customer.
 
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items not eligible for return or exchange include:
 - Personalized or custom-made products
 - Final sale or clearance items (if specified)
 - Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
 
7. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges will be picked up by our logistics partner for your convenience. A return shipping fee of ₹350 will apply, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
